SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a covering composition, a method for producing a covering composition, a method for applying coating to fibers or to fabric, and a product that includes fabric covered with the specified composition. The covering composition contains: a) polyvinyl chloride, b) one or several compounds of the general formula (I):
in which R1a and R1b, independently of each other, are alkyl with 7-12 carbon atoms, c) one or several compounds with plasticizing capability selected from dibenzoates and monobenzoates with an alkyl residue with 5-10 carbon atoms or a benzyl residue, d) one or several compounds of the general formula (IV):
EFFECT: production of an improved PVC-containing covering composition for fibers or fabric, in particular for synthetic fibers, synthetic fabric or mixed fabric, characterized in prolonged viability and high mechanical adhesion to fibers or fabric, in particular to synthetic fibers of synthetic or mixed fabric.
