FIELD: pipeline making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technology, where support devices of movable elements with constant force are used. The predominant field of application is suspensions of pipeline sections experiencing temperature deformations. A constant force suspension is proposed, containing a case, in the middle of which a load-bearing part is placed movably in the vertical direction, equipped with rotating elements interacting with a curved profile of a working surface of levers. Levers are placed in pairs on both sides of the load-bearing part. Upper ends of levers are equipped with grooves with rods placed in them with the possibility of moving. Design features are that the load-bearing part is a double-sided toothed rail, in contact on both sides with rotating elements - gears having horizontal axes and connected to torsion springs of constant force. On the load-bearing part - a toothed rail, limiters are placed in its upper and lower parts. The upper limiter is located inside the case, and the lower one is outside. Torsion springs have the opposite winding direction.
EFFECT: proposed constant force suspension has a relatively simple design, provides constant force and prevents the possibility of oscillations and vibrations.
