FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering, where spring supports of constant force are used to support movable elements with transfer of force to bearing structures. Stiffness element is made in form of one spring (1), which receives only vertical load, and by one end is fixed on support plate (2) in internal cavity of housing (3) of constant force support, on the second end of the spring there is centering part (4) with two symmetrically arranged pins (5), on which rollers (6) are placed and interact with the curvilinear profile of cams (7), wherein axes (8) of cams are located in vertical slots of housing (3) and fixed by tie (9) with threaded hole forming a helical pair with adjusting screw (10), which head is located on external surface of housing (3) and having rotary degree of freedom around its own axis due to retainer (11); on cams (7) a projection is made, which is arranged in inclined slots of shaped U-shaped plate (12) of load-carrying part, besides, slots are arranged in a mirror manner relative to symmetry plane of profiled U-shaped plate (12), plane of symmetry is perpendicular to lateral elements of U-shaped plate (12) and passes through line of action of load on spring (1); side elements of U-shaped plate are arranged in slots of upper part of housing (3), wherein in the horizontal part of U-shaped plate (12) there is a hole with an internal thread, in which pipe (13) with external self-braking thread is placed along the entire length, on the upper end of pipe (13) there is a circular support foot (14), on the lower which surface is located annular bore for connection with pipe (13); on outer side of side elements of U-shaped plate (12) there is a ledge for installation of position lock.

EFFECT: reduced dimensions and simplified adjustment and calibration of spring force at the installation site.
