SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, and more specifically to machine tools, and can be used for broaching parts on broaching machines. The hydraulic drive of the broaching machine contains a drive motor (1) connected to an adjustable positive displacement pump (2), and an executive hydraulic mechanism made in the form of at least two parallel double-acting hydraulic power cylinders, the rod and piston pipelines of which are connected to the working cavities of the adjustable positive displacement pump (2), as well as two safety valves (12, 14), adjusted to different pressures, characterized in that the parallel double-acting hydraulic power cylinders are made in the form of executive hydraulic cylinders (3, 4) of the cutting tool drive and are connected to the discharge line through flow meters (8, 9 ) with analog output signals installed in parallel with the check valves (10, 11) and connected with the control panel and the regulator of the variable displacement pump (2) via communication channels, wherein the variable displacement pump (2) is additionally connected to the specified regulator through a pressure reducing valve (19) and to a clamping system containing three hydraulic cylinders (20-22) equipped with pressure gauges (23-25) connected to the discharge line through a safety valve (32) equipped with a signaling device (33), hydraulic distributors (26-28), pressure reducing (29-31) and non-return (34-36) valves and a hydraulic accumulator (37), the hydraulic drive is equipped with circuits for supplying lubricating-cooling liquid and lubrication of the sliding carriage of the broaching machine, moreover, an open sump (40) and an additional hydraulic tank (47) equipped with level gauges (54, 55) with output signals, an additional electric motor are installed in the circuit for supplying lubricating-cooling liquid (46) connected to a vane pump (45), which is connected to injectors (48-52) through an adjustable hydraulic distributor (53), in the drain line of the coolant circuit, a coarse filter (41) and a fine filter (42) are installed, equipped with an indicator (44) and a safety valve (43), and a heat exchanger (56) connected to a hydraulic distributor (57) and a sensor temperature (58), a closed sump (61) and an additional hydraulic tank (68) equipped with level gauges (66, 67) with output signals, an additional electric motor (60) are installed in the lubrication circuit of the movable slide, connected to a gear pump (59), which is connected to nozzles (69) through a safety valve (70), and a coarse filter (62) and a drain filter (63) equipped with a safety valve (64) are installed in the drain line of the lubrication circuit of the movable slide and signaling device (65).

EFFECT: improving the quality of the machined surfaces due to the precise maintenance of the cutting tool speed, the possibility of remote control of the machine due to the automatic supply of coolant at the beginning of the working cycle and alternate actuation of the clamping systems and the tool drive.
