SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building, in particular, to adjustment assemblies of the hinges of the opening hatch of a service door. The hinge adjustment assembly includes the base of the hinge axis, wherein said hinge is adjustable in the vertical and horizontal directions relative to the fixed frame. The base therein includes a vertical arm located on the back side of the hinge and a horizontal arm configured to be installed in the horizontal slot of the frame. A vertically adjustable hinge axis is installed on the horizontal arm. The drive for horizontal adjustment of the hinge is made in the form of a screw with a double-sided thread. With one end thereof, the drive interacts with the matching thread in the hole of the vertical arm, and with the other end - with the matching thread in the hole of the insert. The insert is configured to be installed in the vertical slot of the fixed frame, provides a possibility of minimising the restrictions to access inside the opening of the fixed frame, and reduces the metal consumption of the assembly for horizontal and vertical adjustment of the hinge of the opening hatch of a service door.
