FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to door hinges, especially for inspection hatches, providing access to hidden utility lines. The technical result of the claimed invention is to speed up and simplify the installation of the hatch under the tiles, increase the load capacity and eliminate sagging of the hatch, as well as prevent the hatch from tilting and damage to finishing materials. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the kit for fastening the inspection hatch under the tile contains four fastening elements and a mechanism for tilting the hatch, with each of the two fastening elements made of two parts connected to each other by means of a bushing, two bearings and two screws with the ability to rotate them relative to each other, opening the hatch and forming a loop, each part is made of a rectangular shape, on the inside of which there is a groove for installing a TECE profile having a counter protrusion, and on the outside of one part there is a boss with a hole for the bushing, and on the second part, a boss is made with a groove extending into the hole, in which a bearing with a smaller diameter and a bearing with a larger diameter relative to the latter are located sequentially, while a bushing is installed through the hole of the boss, passing through the bearing with a large diameter with an emphasis on another bearing with a smaller diameter, located inside one of the parts of the fastening element, and is secured by means of screws to form a loop. On one of the parts at the location of the bushing in the same part of the rectangular shape, flush with its end on the side surface, there is a restrictive protrusion made coaxially with the boss to prevent the hatch from tilting and two mounting holes for fastening on the installed TECE profile, and on the other of the mentioned parts, next to the boss, there is a second limiting protrusion to prevent the hatch from tilting and two mounting holes for fastening on the installed TECE profile, and the mentioned limiting protrusions are made with the possibility of opening the hatch no more than 90°. In addition, on the side of the rectangular shape there are two protrusions of equal length from the ends with mounting holes for fastening to the installed TECE profile, one of the mentioned protrusions is L-shaped to provide additional support for the profile, and the other is made flat, while the other two fastening elements for mounting the tilting mechanism are made of a rectangular shape with a groove for installing a TECE profile, which has a counter protrusion, and two mounting holes for fastening to the installed TECE profile, one of which has a mechanism for tilting the hatch, and the other has a hook for closing and fixing a mechanism for tilting the hatch and opening when pressing the hatch. All mounting holes are equipped with fixing screws for checking, adjusting and fixing the mentioned fasteners.
EFFECT: speeding up and simplifying the installation of the hatch under the tiles, increasing the load capacity and eliminating sagging of the hatch, as well as preventing the hatch from tilting and damage to finishing materials.
