SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drive system for a caterpillar vehicle used for preparing ski slopes. A drive comprises a driving wheel rotating around the first axis of rotation, a driven wheel rotating around the second axis of rotation parallel to the first axis of rotation, a track containing many belts and many metal hooks attached to the belt. At least one belt has one continuous toothed belt that continues along the inner surface of the belt and is made with the possibility of engaging the drive wheel.
EFFECT: simplification of the design is achieved.
