Classes on automation of back-lingual sounds are conducted 1 time a day with a speech therapist and 2-3 times a day independently, according to recommendations and speech material given by the speech therapist. The duration of classes is increased, starting from 7-10 minutes to 30-40 minutes, taking into account the general condition of the patient.
