FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to a swing door drive. The drive for moving at least one door leaf between the first and the second positions contains an engine and a mechanical drive unit designed for connecting to at least one door leaf and for moving the leaf from the first position to the second position, and a brake circuit connected to the engine. The brake circuit contains a diode circuit that is designed for supplying voltage drop to the engine, wherein the engine is designed for operating as a generator and for generating voltage, when the drive unit moves at least one door leaf, and for braking the movement of at least one door leaf, when generated voltage is greater than supplied voltage drop of the diode circuit, and the diode circuit contains at least three sequentially connected diodes.
EFFECT: improvement of overall indicators of the drive that is active in the emergency mode and/or in power failure.
