FIELD: railways.
SUBSTANCE: ECP application system for an air distributor includes a collector case having a surface facing a main bracket, made with the possibility of engaging with the surface of the main bracket of a railway brake system, a valve surface made with the possibility of engaging with the surface of the main part of the air distributor of the railway brake system, and a surface facing an electric collector. The system additionally includes an electric collector unit that is engaged with the surface of the collector case facing the electric collector, wherein the electric collector unit has a pneumatic mode, in which the electric collector unit is made with the possibility to provide only pneumatic control of a brake cylinder of the railway brake system, and ECP mode, in which the electric collector unit is made with the possibility to provide electronic control of the brake cylinder of the railway brake system.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and safety of braking.
