FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pneumatic brake system used mainly in freight cars is designed for converting pneumatic control signals into corresponding pressure of compressed air brake cylinders of pneumatic brake system at braking and releasing of brakes of freight cars. Said pneumatic brake system contains air distributor with two-and three-pressure members. Housings of members are mounted on two-chamber bracket. Air distributor is connected by pneumatic lines with standby reservoir, brake cylinder and brake main line. Brake main line is pneumatically connected with device transmitting control pneumatic signals. Air distributor has release valve, operating, spool, accelerating and main line chambers. Channels and holes interconnect chambers and connect them with operating and spool chambers of two-chamber bracket. Two pressure member has movable partition, plunger, main line and spool chambers. Plunger is provided with holes for connecting operating chambers with spool chambers, accelerating and main-line chambers. Accelerating and main-line chambers are interconnected through throttle hole. Air distributor accommodates brake remote reduction device provided with movable partition, spring-loaded valve and two spaces. One space communicates with operating chambers. Operating chambers communicate through one of holes in plunger of two-pressure member at initial moment of brake releasing with accelerating chamber. Second space communicates with spool chambers by channel with throttle. In process of brake releasing, spool chambers communicate with operating chambers through other hole of plunger. Second space communicates with main-like chamber through channel. Said channel is overlapped by spring-loaded valve of brake remote reduction device. Movable partition and spring-loaded valve interact under action of valve spring. Device to control load braking duties is installed between air distributor and brake cylinder. Invention provides complete reduction of brake of each vehicle of railway train by setting complete reduction of brake at remote delivery of control pneumatic signals provided by air distributors of pneumatic brake system.
EFFECT: accelerated complete reduction of brake of freight train.
