FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering in the field of protection of heat exchange equipment, boilers, pipelines and other metal elements at power plants, in boiler houses, at industrial enterprises in the production of steam, obtaining hot water for water supply networks, obtaining demineralized and softened water for feeding steam boilers. The installation for non-thermal deaeration of water includes means for filtering the treated water containing dissolved oxygen through the filter material with subsequent regeneration. Means for filtering the treated water through the filtering material are made in the form of two series-connected adsorption filters: a filter-pre-aerator and a filter-deaerator, filled with a filter material with a highly developed branched open porous structure. The installation contains a unit for preparation and supply of a regeneration solution, including a supply tank and a metering pump for supplying a reagent to the filter, a pipeline for supplying tap water to filters and to a supply tank, a pipeline for supplying sodium-cationic water for regeneration of filters, a pipeline for dumping spent regeneration solution into a mixer to dilute it to a predetermined concentration and a pipeline for supplying deaerated water to consumers.
EFFECT: deep deoxygenation of feed water and reduction of the residual oxygen concentration to standard values, while additional heating of water is not required, constant use of electricity for the uninterrupted operation of vacuum pumps, there is no need for constant use of expensive consumables.
