FIELD: packaging and wrapping materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a packaging container in the form of a box made of components manufactured of the same type of material. The container box is designed for transportation and storage of fruit and vegetable products and consists of a bottom, longitudinal and transversal sidewalls. The bottom is equipped with protrusions and clamps around the perimeter, alternating with each other. The clamps are made in the form of forks with rounded ends formed by cuts on the body of the bottom. To connect the transversal sidewalls with the bottom and the longitudinal sidewalls, they also have projections and retainers similar to these elements on the bottom. The longitudinal sidewalls are provided with through slots for projections and retainers located on the bottom and at the ends of the transversal sidewalls for similar projections and retainers. The longitudinal sidewalls are provided with holes and protrusions at the corners for recesses between the spikes at the end facing the bottom. The transversal sidewalls also have holes in the upper part under the recesses between the spikes in the lower part facing the bottom. The box containers are assembled by installing transversal sidewalls with through holes on the protrusions and bottom clamps. Then the installation of the longitudinal sidewalls is carried out by inserting protrusions and clamps located at the ends of the bottom and transverse sidewalls into the through holes. When stacking, recesses are aligned with the protrusions in the upper part of the longitudinal and transverse sidewalls with the insertion of spikes into the samples, with complete fixation to prevent moving box containers. The parts of the container box are made on CNC machines by laser cutting.
