FIELD: packaging containers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packaging containers for transportation and storage of fruits and vegetables. The box-container is assembled from prefabricated elements, including the bottom, longitudinal and transverse sides, a longitudinal crosspiece in the middle of the box-container. The bottom is provided with projections alternating with L-shaped fixing elements for connecting transverse sidewalls provided with through grooves on their body for corresponding projections and fixing elements. In the middle part, the bottom is provided with through grooves for corresponding projections and fixing elements on the end of the longitudinal bridge facing the bottom. The longitudinal sidewalls at the ends have tides with windows, with spikes at the top and a notch at the bottom. In the thorns, there are notches, inclined at an angle to the bottom, into which mating grooves are inserted, made at the ends of the longitudinal sidewalls, with the introduction of protrusions and fixing elements into the mating grooves on the bottom. Fixing elements and projections on the longitudinal web are inserted into the corresponding through grooves on the bottom. Then the longitudinal sidewalls are installed with the introduction of fixing elements and protrusions on the bottom and ends of the longitudinal lintel. The installation of the transverse sidewalls is carried out by inserting counter grooves into the grooves on the spikes with the introduction of protrusions and fixing elements into the counter through grooves on the bottom. Installation of a container box in a stack is done by attaching it to the spikes and recesses on the body of the tides. The stacks are fixed to each other by passing a fixing tape through the windows with fixation on the pallet.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of quick assembly of the container box without the use of special tools; stacking of boxes-containers with fixation by means of spikes and grooves; reducing the load on the bottom from the goods in the box-container; strengthening the strength, rigidity and reliability of the structure as a whole.
