FIELD: textile filter materials production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of textile filter materials. Textile material for filtration of hot process gases and industrial air contains filter cloth made of polyoxadiazole thread and additionally a layer of nonwoven cloth connected to the cloth. The filter cloth is located on the receiving side, has a satin weave and is made of a single or twisted complex polyoxadiazole yarn with a linear density of 29-200 tex. The nonwoven fabric includes polyoxadiazole fibers with a linear density of 0.22-0.6 tex. The thickness of the finished material is 1.7-2.7 mm, the surface density is 500±20% g/m2, the air permeability is in the range of 20-150 dm3/m2s.
EFFECT: improving operational properties by increasing the degree of purification and low electrical resistivity.
