FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: multilayer sorption nonwoven material with fire-resistant membrane-fabric layer consists of 1-5 homogeneous or heterogeneous internal layers of nonwoven highly porous material from fibres filled with solid sorption particles on the basis of polyacrylonitrile or its mixture with polyurethane. The filler of sorption layers from nonwoven highly porous material is represented by solid particles of activated carbon, cationite or anionite with particle size below 6 mcm, arranged in the volume of nonwoven highly porous material in amount of 38-64 wt %. Sorption layers of the material are reinforced with adhesion of external coating and internal underlying woven reinforcement layers at two sides of sorption layers, and reinforcement layers are made of viscose-lavsan foundation fabric on the basis of a high-strength polyester fibre, containing 25-35 wt % of viscose fibre. For adhesion an adhesive powder composition is used on the basis of ethylene copolymer, containing the following amounts per 100 mass parts of ethylene copolymer - 17-21% vinyl acetate and 0.0144-0.0176 mass portions of highly dispersed hydrophobous noncompacted silicon dioxide. The material is additionally equipped at the side of its external coating woven reinforcing layer with a fire-resistant membrane-fabric material made as double-layer from the internal membrane layer adjacent to the surface of the external coating woven reinforcement layer and the external fire-resistant layer. The ratio of the internal membrane layer thickness in the fire-resistant membrane-fabric material to the thickness of its external fire-resistant layer is selected from 0.2 to 3.0. The inner membrane layer of the material is made with pore size of 0.15-0.65 mcm from copolymer of polyvinyl chloride with 22-32 wt % of tetrafluoroethylene. The material of the membrane layer has steam-, air permeability at 36°C making 50-86 g/m2 hour, water resisting property of 1.7-1.8 kgf/cm2, bubble point of 0.4 - 0.6 kgf/cm and surface density of 20-118 g/m2. The external fire-resistant layer is made with linear density of 38 tex, rupture load of 100-2000 N and rupture elongation of 3.9-4.5% of a double-component combined thread, the first component of which in the form of a rod represents an aramide complex thread or yarn with linear density of 6.3-14.3 tex, and the second component of the combined thread in the form of the rod braiding with number of turns equal to 600-900 twists/m represents cellulose-containing threads or yarn with linear density of 10-30 tex. The aramide thread or year uses polyparaphenylene terephthalamide, polymetaphenylene terephthalamide, copolyparaphenylene tetephthalamide or copolyparaphenylenebenzimidazole terephthalamide fibres with oxygen index of more than 30, and the cellulose-containing thread or year is a modified fire-resistant viscose thread or yarn. The external layer fabric is made by the main weaving with surface density of 150-200 g/m2 at the following ratio of components, wt %: aramide thread 15-50, cellulose-containing thread or yarn 50-85.

EFFECT: higher fire resistance, water impermeability, resistance to wind penetration, aerosol impermeability, with preservation of high hygroscopicity and steam and air permeability of the material to remove excessive moisture from the surface of human skin.
