SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to layered thermal waterproofing coatings used for thermal and waterproofing protection of brick, concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces of external and internal enclosing and supporting structures. The waterproofing coating contains four layers placed on the protected surface of the structures, made by sequential application of a composition consisting of the main heat-insulating layer in the form of a heat-insulating coating based on hollow microspheres with a total thickness of the heat-insulating coating from 1.0 to 3.0 mm, where each layer of the heat-insulating coating has a thickness 0.5 mm, a putty layer in the form of a sound-heat-insulating material, additionally containing an airgel, made of a water-suspension composition with a viscosity of 1 to 100 Pa·s, including a mixture of a polymer binder 5-95 vol.% with a base of 5-95 vol.%, as a polymer binder, the composition contains a water-based polymer latex composition containing from 10 to 90 vol.% (co)polymer selected from the group consisting of acrylate homopolymer, styrene-acrylate copolymer, styrene-butadiene copolymer, polystyrene, butadiene polymer, PVC polymer, polyurethane polymer, polymer or copolymer of vinyl acetate or mixtures thereof and from 10 to 90 vol.% of a mixture of water and a surfactant, the water-suspension composition additionally contains a mixture of a polyhydric alcohol with a polybasic carboxylic acid or amino acid in an equimolecular ratio, as a base, the composition contains a mixture of porous airgel particles with different bulk density from 650 to 50 kg/m3, which have an arbitrary shape, porosity over 60%, density less than 0.6 g/cm3, diameter from 10 to 500 microns, made on the basis of metal oxides, for example aluminum, or silicon dioxide, and evacuated microspheres with different sizes from 10 to 500 microns and different bulk density from 650 to 50 kg/m3, selected from the group consisting of hollow glass microspheres, hollow ceramic microspheres, hollow polymer microspheres, hollow technogenic - ash microspheres or mixtures thereof, with the following ratio of components, wt. including: polymer binder 95-5, base 5-95, in the form of an airgel 2.5-47.5, evacuated microspheres 2.5-47.5, a mixture of a polyhydric alcohol with a polybasic carboxylic acid or amino acid 2-5, a reinforcing layer in the form of fiberglass, fiberglass, geotextile, asbestos fabric or non-woven asbestos fabric with a thickness of 1.0 to 2.0 mm and a density of 70 to 120 g/m2, and a finishing waterproofing layer in the form of mineral, polymer-cement, polymer, polyurethane, epoxy, bituminous, bitumen-polymer mastics and emulsions, sticky bitumen-polymer membranes, polymer waterproofing coating Bronya Aquablok.
EFFECT: expanding the scope of application of ultra-thin heat insulators based on hollow microspheres while maintaining all the thermophysical properties of the heat-insulating coating.
