FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipeline engineering, in particular to a method of making pre-heat-insulated pipes and shaped articles for pipelines. Pre-insulated pipe with ultrathin heat insulation based on hollow microspheres contains layers arranged on steel or plastic surface, made in series from a high-temperature heat-insulating layer in the form of ultra-thin heat insulation of a given composition based on hollow microspheres with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.001 W/(m⋅°C). Total thickness of the heat-insulating coating is from 1.0 to 4.0 mm. Each layer of heat-insulating coating has thickness of 0.5 mm. Above said layer there is a main heat-insulating layer of foamed polyurethane or foamed polystyrene. Finishing protective waterproofing layer is made from fiberglass, galvanized steel, corrugated casing from high-density polyethylene. Method involves making a preliminarily heat-insulated pipe in the form of a piece with length from 100 mm to 1000 mm. Pipe is laid in a concrete or silicate block, forming a ready embedded part of water supply or water disposal for prefabricated buildings and structures.
EFFECT: invention provides a decrease in the thickness of the heat-insulating layer and an increase in the temperature of the heat carrier above +120 °C, which increases energy efficiency of the entire pipeline system.
