FIELD: municipal engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to municipal engineering, namely to waste handling plants for preparation for the transportation of solid bulk household waste - garbage - to various objects associated either with the subsequent processing of the mentioned garbage, or with its storage at landfills. The garbage transfer installation includes a support frame, a platform for solid bulk household waste - garbage - with sides, placed on it, made with the possibility of releasing debris by unilateral lifting using a drive mechanism in the form of hydraulic cylinders with retractable rods. The installation also includes a container with a door for receiving trash, a hydraulic press with a press plate and a hydraulic unit for driving the hydraulic cylinders with rods and a hydraulic press. The installation is equipped with racks with a horizontal axis between them, placed on a support frame, which is made stationary and placed on the earth's surface. The platform is installed on a horizontal axis, it is made with a protective canopy, which forms an unloading funnel with the platform and sides, and has an additional possibility of turning around the horizontal axis and overturning during lifting. The hydraulic press is installed on a support frame and is made with a cavity for receiving garbage, an upper loading window above the said cavity and an unloading side window. At the same time, the unloading funnel has the ability to combine with the upper loading window of the hydraulic press when the platform is overturned. The container is made removable, provided with the possibility of fastening on the side surface of the press with a detachable connection, and its door is placed against the unloading side window of the hydraulic press, which is covered by a retractable gate. The hydraulic block is made in the form of two independent hydraulic lines with two oil pumps, one of which is hydraulically connected to the platform drive mechanism, and the other is connected to a hydraulic press for compacting waste in a removable container.
EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of waste handling installations, as well as increasing the degree of compaction of waste for its preparation for transport or storage, as well as reducing the environmentally harmful impact on the environment.
