SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a juicing machine and to a method for juicing using the juicing machine. The juicing machine comprises a motor body, a drive part containing a motor installed inside the motor body, and a roller part detachably connected so as to extend in the direction from the motor body. A possibility is provided of rotational motion being imparted by the driving force transmitted from the drive part. In the roller part, the speed of the motor is adjusted by means of at least one parameter from pressure, current strength and voltage, depending on the type of the extracted juice material, and the speed of the motor is adjusted by determining the time of normal and reverse rotation, depending on the pressure applied to the roller part.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of juicing.
