FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for production of fruit juice. Juice extractor unit comprises a bearing structure for an automatic juice extractor. Said squeezer comprises one or more female drums moving synchronously. Suction squeezer allows easy removal of juice extractor unit for cleaning. Bearing structure includes two plates with different holes, between which there are such basic elements of juice extractor unit, as male and female drums. Both plates are connected by at least one detachable rod, which is fixed by means of rigid attachment, providing possibility of strong connection and simple opening. Said plates additionally contain elements for rigid attachment to other elements of the juice extractor unit, as well as elements for rigid attachment to the main housing of the juice extractor.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to simplify the process of juice extractor cleaning.
