The capacitive sensor is comprised of a base, a sensitive element, wherein the base is comprised of a first part containing a niche with a cover for sealed placement of an electronic computing unit and with an opening for an output cable, a second part with holes for embedded bushings, holes for fastening elements and ventilation holes on the outer surface, wherein the sensitive element constitutes a body for electrodes, constituting a metal profile formed by connecting several tubes, wherein each of the profile tubes comprises a cut, wherein the body for electrodes comprises electrodes rigidly fixed in each of the profile tubes, constituting metal tubes with equal capacity per unit length, but with different length.

EFFECT: increased reliability, accuracy and manufacturability of the structure.
