SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical instrumentation, or rather to optical systems with refractive elements that collimate the radiation of a laser beam, and can be used in optical location systems, optical communication, remote control, etc. The optical radiation adder contains two groups of semiconductor lasers arranged in a row with single gradient or aspherical collimating lenses that create two sets of collimated beams parallel in the same plane with a distance between the beams slightly exceeding their light diameter, a combining component that forms a single set of collimated beams parallel in the same plane with a minimum distance between the beams, followed by a prism telescope consisting of an integer number of pairs of optical prisms, the edges of the refractive dihedral angles of which are oriented parallel to the planes of the semiconductor transitions, and a focusing lens that provides a spot of laser radiation with the necessary parameters near the focal plane.
EFFECT: increase in the output beam power.
