FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention is aimed at the use of acid-treated titanium-containing zeolite material having MWW structural type for the preparation of a composition to be molded and having relative plasticity PR less than 1, wherein the specified composition contains titanium-containing zeolite material having MWW structural type. Relative plasticity is defined as plasticity PA of the specified composition divided by plasticity PN of a composition, which differs from the specified composition in that titanium-containing zeolite material having a structural type used for the preparation of the composition is not treated with acid. The invention also relates to the use of polyethylene oxide for reducing plasticity of a composition to be molded and containing titanium-containing zeolite material having MWW structural type, and for a method for reducing plasticity of a composition to be molded and containing titanium-containing zeolite material having MWW structural type, using polyethylene oxide as a component of the specified composition.

EFFECT: if titanium-containing zeolite material having MWW structural type, which is used as a component of a composition to be molded, is treated with acid before its use, then plasticity of the composition can be favorably affected, that is, reduced compared to a composition that contains titanium-containing zeolite material having MWW structural type, in a form not treated with acid.
