FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology and is intended for measuring the capacitive interface levels in various industries. The liquid flow monitoring system contains a capacitive sensor for the capacitive interface level, configured to communicate with the server device. The sensor contains a sensitive element, which is a housing for electrodes, which is a metal profile formed by connecting several tubes to each other, containing a stiffener; wherein each profile tube contains a ventilation hole and a slot. The housing contains electrodes fixed in each of the tubes, which are metal tubes with the same linear capacity, but differing in length, and the main electrode is made along a length that is mainly equal to the length of the housing for the electrodes, and each compensation electrode is made in length less than the length of the main electrode. The main and compensation electrodes are made with the possibility of connection with the electronic computing unit of the sensor.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability and manufacturability of the design and, as a consequence, increasing the accuracy of measurements of the capacitive interface level.
