FIELD: refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil refining industry, in particular to catalysts for hydrogenation processing of petroleum fractions and methods for their production. Described is a catalyst for a protective layer for reactors for hydrogenation processing of petroleum feedstock on a highly porous cellular support containing active components, which differs in that it includes a grafted layer of γ-alumina in an amount of up to 2.3-9% by weight, having mesopores with a diameter of 3-7 nm and macropores with a diameter of 800-2000 nm, containing as active components molybdenum or tungsten in the form of phosphoric-molybdenum or phosphoric-tungstic acids in an amount of 1.00-3.00% of the mass. in terms of oxides, as well as nickel or cobalt in the form of citrates in an amount of 0.35-1.05% of the mass. in terms of oxides, the catalyst has the form of cylinders with a diameter of 20-50 mm, a height of 10-30 mm with a cell size of 0.8-2.5 mm. A method for preparing a catalyst has also been developed.
EFFECT: developed catalyst of a protective layer for reactors for hydrogenation processing of petroleum feedstock on a highly porous cellular support is optimal from the point of view of ensuring a gradual increase in hydraulic resistance and catalytic activity of the layers along the feed in reactors for hydrogenation processing of petroleum feedstock, as well as to ensure the capture of mobile and micro-sized impurities (up to 2 mcm), because It has a large free volume, a macromezoporous structure and contains supported active metals that provide moderate activity in the target reactions of the hydrotreating process.
