FIELD: petroleum industry.
SUBSTANCE: load compensation module consists of a hydraulic lifter part 1 consisting of a support with an elastic diaphragm 9 with a bypass valve system, the lower base 5 whereof is intended for mating the shaft with the protector of the submersible electric motor and the bearing module 2, interconnected in series. The shafts of the module 2 and the part 1 are connected by means of a spline coupling or a freewheel coupling. The module 2 is mated with the lower base of the receiving module. Arranged consecutively at the base of the receiving module are no less than two sliding bearings, a flexible shaft for connecting the shafts of the screw pump and module 2, a receiving perforated branch pipe. The module 2 consists of consecutively arranged groups, wherein each group comprises a cage 25 with an installed axial thrust roller bearing 20, a pressure sleeve 22 and a support sleeve 24 with elastic elements in the form of disk springs 23.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the load bearing capacity of the load compensation module, increasing the reliability and durability of units and parts, simplifying the technological operations of assembling the module, as well as reducing the time of installation of the equipment at the mouth of a borehole.
