FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions describes a vehicle window and a vehicle with such window. The window comprises, in the following sequence: a) an outer glass sheet 1, b) one or several laminating layers 2, c) a PDLC layer 4 containing a polymer matrix 9 introduced whereto are liquid crystal droplets 8, and one electrically conductive layer 3, 5 on both sides of the polymer matrix 9, d) one or several laminating layers 6 and e) an inner glass sheet 7. TL (inside) lies in the range from 7 to 36%, and TL (outside) lies in the range from 20 to 73%, and TL (outside) is greater than TL (inside). TL (inside) stands for the light transmission coefficient of the inner set of layers consisting of the inner glass sheet 7 and the layers between the PDLC layer 4 and the inner glass sheet 7, and TL (outside) stands for the light transmission coefficient of the outer set of layers consisting of the outer glass sheet 1 and the layers between the PDLC layer 4 and the outer glass sheet 1.
EFFECT: improved optical properties with lesser formation of white haze in the incident sunlight and an appearance of a noticeably better quality when the window is viewed from the inside, are provided.
