FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the creation of test equipment for bench ground testing of the fuel system of aircraft, in particular helicopters. The method of assembling the turntable of the test facility of the accident-resistant fuel system of the helicopter consists in forming the modules of the sectional-spatial structure and carrying out the installation of each module of the structure in stages. At each stage of the assembly of the modules, the mutual position of the elements of the module is monitored. Each element connection unit is equipped with pairs of docking plates. To mount the supporting base of the pivoting frames, a frame module is created in the form of a lattice, on which the racks and braces are mounted. To assemble the inner and outer pivot frames on the outer frame, the fingers are fixed on two longitudinal walls, and on the inner frame, the fingers are fixed on the transverse walls. The walls of each pivot frame with the fingers fixed on them are set on the technological racks in a position in which their upper surfaces are located in the same horizontal plane, and the axes of the fingers are located on the same straight line. A corresponding bearing unit is mounted on the fingers of the longitudinal walls of the outer rotary frame, after which the longitudinal walls with the bearing units are installed and fixed each on the corresponding tee, and the walls themselves are fixed in a horizontal position on the support base with the help of technological rods.

EFFECT: accuracy of the assembly of the structure is increased.
