FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to the method for air conditioning when drying and jerking fish. The method for air conditioning during drying and jerking of fish includes cleaning, cooling, dehumidification, heating, humidification of the internal air throughout the year. When the outdoor air temperature is less than the temperature of the indoor air supplied to the fish drying chamber, the outdoor air is preheated to a temperature of 5-15°C, using the heat of the indoor air, mixed with the indoor air and sent to the drying chamber. Then the humidified and cooled air from the drying chamber is divided into four streams. The first stream is cooled to a temperature of 12-15°C and drain. The second stream is cooled to 8-12°C, dried and mixed with the first stream. Then the air mixture is mixed with heated outdoor air. The resulting mixture is heated, mixed with a third stream coming from the drying chamber. The resulting mixture is sent to the drying chamber, closing the cycle. The fourth stream from the drying chamber is directed for additional heating of the incoming outdoor air.
EFFECT: reduction in energy consumption for air treatment processes during drying and jerking of fish.
