FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes cleaning, cooling, dehumidifying, heating and humidifying of inside air all year. At ambient temperature tout below or equal to plenum air temperature tpl, i.e. tout≅tpl, cooling and dehumidifying of inside air is effect through mixing this air with outside air at maintenance of preset temperature of mixture which is equal to plenum air temperature ((tmix= tpl)); mixing is effected at change of amount of air from 80%-5%; then mixture is cleaned, heated and humidified.
