FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry. The method for development of a layer-by-layer-zonal-heterogeneous deposit of super-viscous oil or bitumen includes determination of productive strata in the reservoir, separated by low-permeable layers, drilling in the lower stratum above the oil-water contact of a horizontal well with additional ascending boreholes opening the upper strata, the distance between which is determined taking into account the technological capabilities of the drilling equipment for their wiring, as well as with the possibility of placing filters with adjustable transmission, run down into a horizontal well before pumping a coolant on a pipe string and located opposite additional ascending boreholes, as well as packers that isolate the annular space of a horizontal well between additional ascending boreholes and above filters, determination of physical and chemical properties, injection of coolant and product withdrawal. After crossing and exiting additional ascending boreholes into the upper productive layer, they are carried out 10-40 m long along the low-producing layer, casing additional ascending boreholes and the main horizontal wellbore, running tubing into the well with couplings pre-installed opposite the side ascending intervals for pumping the coolant. In this case, first, a coolant is pumped with an intensity of 90-120 tons/day. After the injection is stopped, the well is left for thermocapillary impregnation for 35-40 days. After thermocapillary impregnation, the well is transferred to fluid extraction, the change in temperature and water cut of the produced product is monitored. When the temperature of the produced product drops to the boundary temperature of 30-40°C or when the water cut of the product rises to 96-99%, the injection of the coolant is resumed. The coolant is pumped in the volume of the sampled liquid, the pumping and withdrawal cycles are repeated.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of reservoir development, involving in the development of thin pay strata less than 10 m thick, complicated by impermeable layers, while reducing material costs.
