FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic pressure regulation and can be used in healthcare institutions to supply oxygen. The automatic pressure regulator consists of a main body and a pressure setting body connected through a rubber ring by a bolted connection, the main body contains an inlet pressure chamber and a reduced pressure chamber, which is separated by an elastic membrane to form a supra membrane cavity, which is connected through a channel made in the main body and the pressure setting body to the submembrane cavity of the control pressure chamber located in the pressure setting body, while the main body has a central hole with a threaded sleeve with a seat, the hole is made with a diameter equal to the diameter of the seat hole, on a sliding fit, and a rubber ring, a stroke limiter having an internal thread, and a main valve located on the pusher of the main valve, in which a channel is made connecting the cavity formed by the surfaces of the valve and the hole in which it moves with a reduced pressure chamber. In the lower part of the main body, a cover is attached through an elastic membrane with a disk. The pressure setting housing contains two blind holes in the center of the housing, one of which is threaded, and the other without a thread, a sleeve with a seat screwed into the blind hole with a thread, a control valve with a seal and a control valve pusher is pressed against the seat of the sleeve by a spring, an annular groove is made on the side surface of the blind hole without a thread with a rubber sealing ring, a main valve with a seal, a main valve pusher and a spring, the upper part of the pressure setting housing is connected to a sleeve with a regulating screw, pressed against the pressure-setting housing by a cap nut through an elastic membrane with an axial bearing and a spring installed between the membrane and the adjusting screw, a channel connecting the inlet pressure chamber and the blind hole with a thread is made in the pressure-setting housing.
EFFECT: provision by the pressure regulator of reduction and automatic maintenance of gas (oxygen) pressure at the outlet of the regulator, regardless of gas extraction by the consumer, fluctuations in gas (oxygen) pressure at the inlet of the regulator and at minimum ratios of input and output pressures.
