FIELD: control and measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas pressure regulators installed on pipelines. Regulator comprises a valve body, a valve, a membrane box and a rigid membrane disc located above it, the valve and an elastic membrane with a rigid membrane disc are connected to each other by means of a stem, in the cover of the membrane box there is a through hole, on the cover of the membrane box there is a cup, a spring is installed inside the cup, in the valve body there is a cylindrical cavity in which a hole is made, outer surface of the valve is made cylindrical with an annular groove to accommodate a seal that ensures tightness, a stem with a hole is installed inside the valve body, lower part of stem is connected to valve, upper part of stem is arranged in cavity, piston-compensator is installed on upper part of stem, annular groove is made on piston-compensator for arrangement of seal, stem upper end is equipped with a tie rod, the tie rod is fixed on the stem upper end, a radial hole is made in the tie rod, tie rod is connected to elastic membrane and rigid membrane disc and is arranged in central through holes, wherein tie rod is installed with possibility of tight fixed connection with elastic membrane and rigid membrane disc.

EFFECT: simplified design of gas pressure regulator, reduced metal consumption, increased accuracy.
