SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics. To treat partial injuries of the anterior cruciate ligament in patients, arthroscopy is performed in an aqueous medium at a pressure of 60-80 Pa. The knee joint is bent at an angle of 100-120°. Through the anteromedial port, a trocar with a mandrel with a diameter of 3-5 mm is inserted subsynovially into the thickness of the ligament and, following the course of the fibers, a trocar with a mandrel is carried to the place of attachment of the ligament to the femur or tibia and injected into the bone until the spongy tissue is reached. After that, the mandrel is removed from the trocar and 3-5 ml of bone marrow is aspirated. Next, the trocar is removed from the bone to the site of ligament damage and 3-5 ml of aspirated bone marrow is injected subsynovially into the thickness of the ligament. Then the trocar is removed from the joint. Antiseptic treatment of the postoperative wound is performed and an aseptic dressing is applied.

EFFECT: method provides complete restoration of the anatomical integrity of the anterior cruciate ligament and the stability of the knee joint while reducing the traumatic nature of the operation.
