FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for treating combined instability of knee joint. Free tendon autograft is used of tendons of tender and semitendinous muscles. Autograft is formed in the form of duplication of tendons and using a synthetic polyester augment freely laid between two folded tendons and fixed to them by suturing for 2.5 cm at distance of 10 cm from the beginning of the autograft with leaving the free end of the polyester augmentation. Obtained autograft is made as an anterior cruciate ligament through a formed canal in the shin bone. Autograft is conducted from the outside to the inside in the canal formed in the femoral condyle to the previously sutured mark. Autograft is fixed with a biocomposite screw in the canal in the femoral condyle. Abundant polyester augmentation is dissected away.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of rehabilitation, preventing the development and progression of arthrosis.
