SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tools, in particular to a tool for tightening torque control designed to tighten a fastener, such as a nut or a bolt, with the required torque, and to a combination of such a tool for tightening torque control and a fastener. Tool for tightening torque control (2) includes section (4) containing the fastener and section (6) of the tightening torque application made as a single whole of synthetic resin. Section (4) containing the fastener is made with accommodating hole (8) having an open free end, and the inner peripheral surface of this accommodating hole (8) is given a shape, in which recessed section (16) is made in the middle part of each of side surfaces (15) of the regular polygonal inner peripheral surface of the fastener corresponding to the torque-applying regular polygonal outer peripheral surface of the fastener, and between bottom surface (16a) of recessed section (16) and surface (16b) of the input of the recessed section located on the input side, when viewed in the direction of rotation when tightening, an obtuse angle is formed. On section (15b), which is located on side surface (15) in front of recessed section (16), when viewed in the direction of rotation when tightening, there is a retaining protrusion consisting, for example, of edge (21) extending in the axial direction into accommodating hole (8).
