SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a welding machine having a stripping device for joining together PVC profiles without ridges. A welding machine (1) containing: a bed (2) on which PVC profiles are processed for welding, two movable tables (3) on the bed (2) on which the profiles to be welded are placed and which are made movable by means of an element (4) to ensure movement, a clamping device (5) having a clamping element (6) made with the possibility of fixing profiles placed on movable tables (3), a processing kit (7) made with the possibility of providing a welding groove on fixed profiles, a heating element (8), made with the possibility of melting profiles to connect profiles brought together by moving the movable tables (3), after providing a welding groove, a thrust plate made with the possibility of adjusting the thickness of the ridge that can occur on the flat surfaces of the profile joints due to the welding groove, but which does not form on the edges of the profiles, two movable clamping jaws (9), made with the possibility of moving the fixed profiles to the melting position with the help of a motor (10) and with the possibility of combining this movement with preloading the profiles to each other, a stripping device (11) made with the possibility of removing the ridge formed on the surfaces of the profiles, which is provided with mounting knives on the clamping device (5) and removing knives, a support mechanism (12) installed on the flat surfaces of the profile joints during the process of removing the ridge by a stripping device (11), which is located on the clamping device (5) and is made with the possibility of compensating for deviations in the length of the profile by means of a spring mechanism that it has, and an element (13) for pushing out the frames, made with the possibility of removing welded profiles from the bed (2), and an installation support (14) that ensures a smooth process of flash trimming.

EFFECT: creation of a welding machine with a stripping device that prevents the formation of deburring on the surface of PVC profiles after the welding process, and also provides labor and time savings, stripping rounded and recessed parts of the profile, which does not lead to any scratches on the profile, and saving the area of placement in the work area.
