The first connecting component is provided with a connecting shaft. The second connecting component is provided with a connecting cavity. The connecting shaft has at least two protrusions. The locking latches are located on the connecting cavity. Each of the locking latches is capable of shifting in the radial direction and has a front end that passes into the connecting cavity. Each of the locking latches is provided with an elastic element used to ensure the shift of the locking latch to the connecting cavity. The protrusions provide a shift of the corresponding locking latches in the radial direction until they engage with the protrusions. The elastic element maintains the proper elastic force and ensures a stable connection of the first and second connecting components. The invention also includes a shaving device.
