The floating structure of the razor cutting head contains a support element, a shaving unit, a first hinge, a second hinge and an elastic element. The first hinge is provided with the first mating groove. The mating part is located in the upper part of the second hinge. The bounding structure is provided between the first mating groove and the mating part. The lower part of the second hinge passes through the first hinge with installation in the support element. The elastic element passes through the first and second hinges. The two ends of the elastic element respectively rest against the shaving block and the support element. The invention also includes a razor.

EFFECT: achieving self-adaptation between the shaving unit and the user’s skin to improve the user’s experience when using the razor.
