FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for increasing soil fertility provides for the treatment of stubble residues with a destructor solution that accelerates the mineralization of straw, the introduction of liquid mineral fertilizers to maintain an optimal ratio of carbon and nitrogen in the soil, the embedding of treated stubble residues and fertilizers in a surface layer of the soil, the sowing of a sideral culture and rolling of crops. All these operations are performed sequentially by a machine-tractor unit in one pass.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase soil fertility due to the rapid decomposition of plant residues and the use of green mass of the sideral culture, while the introduction of liquid mineral fertilizers increases the efficiency of microorganisms that decompose plant residues and provides nutrition to plants used for sideration.
