Steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, tungsten, molybdenum, sulfur, phosphorus, nickel, copper, nitrogen, vanadium and iron with the following ratio of components, wt.%: carbon no more than 0.15, silicon no more than 1.0, manganese no more than 0.8, chromium 24.0-27.0, tungsten no more than 0.2, vanadium from more than 0.5 to 1.1, molybdenum no more than 0.3, sulfur no more than 0.025, phosphorus no more than 0.035 , nickel not more than 1.0, copper not more than 0.3, nitrogen 0.04-0.1, iron - the rest.
