FIELD: detergent industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of detergents, in particular to washing non-freezing liquids, which can be used as a means of cleaning glass, lighting devices of automotive equipment in winter. A non-freezing washing liquid is described, including synthesized methyl ester of triethanolamine triphosphonate, propylene glycol, fragrance and water at the following ratio of components, wt. %: methyl ester of triethanolamine triphosphonate from 2 to 40, fragrance 0.3-0.7, propylene glycol 2-5 and the rest is water. The methyl ester of triphosphonate triethanolamine is obtained by sequentially mixing triethanolamine, phosphoric acid and methanol at the following component ratio, wt. %: triethanolamine 19-21, phosphoric acid 48-50, methyl alcohol 31-33.
EFFECT: reduction in the hazardous effect of the washing non-freezing liquid on the health of consumers while maintaining a low freezing point of the liquid and its washing properties.
