SUBSTANCE: described embodiments of the invention essentially relate to a beverage dispenser. In particular, embodiments relate to a beverage dispensing valve, as well as systems and methods for dispensing a beverage through a nozzle, which are used in the beverage dispenser to reduce carbon dioxide saturation in a finished beverage. The beverage dispensing valve may include an inlet for receiving carbonated water, a nozzle shell and an outlet located downstream from the nozzle shell and made with the possibility of dispensing the finished beverage. The nozzle shell may include a hole opened into a medium under atmospheric pressure. A method for dispensing a beverage may include the flow of carbonated water through the inlet of the beverage dispensing valve, reducing the pressure of carbonated water sufficiently to promote the formation of carbon dioxide bubbles, the flow of carbonated water through a chamber open to the environment, so that part of formed carbon dioxide bubbles is released as gas, and the introduction of a beverage ingredient after carbon dioxide saturation of carbonated water reaches a sufficiently low level. The beverage dispensing nozzle may include an inlet made with the possibility of receiving carbonated water from the beverage dispensing valve, the nozzle shell including the hole opened into the environment under atmospheric pressure, and the outlet located downstream from the nozzle shell and made with the possibility of dispensing the finished beverage.

EFFECT: reduction in saturation of beverages with carbon dioxide.
