FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction of mobile pre-fabricated structures that have full factory readiness, in particular to temporary technological and household structures for temporary accommodation of people, various industries and public institutions, namely to pneumatic building structures, and can be used as an air distribution device for pneumatic structures where a low-pressure air supply from a pumping station is required. In the described solution, the air distribution device of the pneumatic structure containing the shell of the supporting structure, made in the form of a set of separate air chambers, includes a line for supplying air with air ducts for pumping air chambers, an air supply unit connected to the line, the air supply unit is made at least in the form of a low pressure pumping station, the air supply line is equipped with a main check valve, which is installed in it after the low pressure pumping station, the shell of the supporting structure of the pneumatic structure is equipped, if necessary, with at least one low-pressure reducing valve, and each air chamber of the shell of the supporting structure of the pneumatic structure is configured to be connected to a line for supplying air through the air duct, for which it is rigidly fixed at the inlet of each air chamber a flange with a guide sleeve and hinges, and a check valve of the air duct is rigidly installed at the outlet of each air duct of the line by means of a flange, at the same time, on the outer surface of which spring hooks with clamping levers are fixed, which are made with the possibility of engaging in the loops of the air chamber flange and rigidly attaching the air duct check valve in the air chamber guide cup with the formation of a quick-release connection, and the main check valve is rigidly installed in the air supply line and is hermetically fixed with it and the low pressure pumping station by means of a flange connection, and the low-pressure reducing valve is rigidly hermetically fixed to the shell of the supporting structure of the pneumatic structure by means of a flange connection.
EFFECT: by using a reliable air distribution device that works without leaks, the same reliable and efficient pneumatic structure is created, in which a constant internal pressure in the air chambers of the shell of the supporting structure is maintained and the overpressure in the air chambers is regulated by using a two-stage valve system that provides reliable support pressure, which is important for the construction of pneumatic structures in remote areas, since it is manufactured in production conditions and is quickly assembled at the construction site.
