FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used to develop a gas field a gas-condensate field for an effective control and correction of the parametres of production of the formation fluid. Formation fluid out of a gas or gas-condensate field is produced through production wells joined with lines and/or with at least one gas gathering line header into the gas gathering center made according to a group combined scheme involving a centralised and decentralised gas gathering systems where at least part of the wells are united by means of lines into clusters each of which is equipped with its own unit of preliminary preparation of the formation fluid, largely gas, gas condensate and the latter is subjected to a two-stage preparation. At first, gas, gas condensate is fed to the unit of the preliminary preparation of gas, gas condensate for purification. Then the products from the above mentioned unit are directed by the gas gathering line header to the second stage of preparation to the gas gathering station and after passing through the second stage the purified and dry gas is directed to the gas-main pipeline. The other part of the wells are united with lines into clusters with a one-stage preparation of the formation fluid in the cluster units of the gas complex preparation from which the purified gas is fed by gas gathering line headers into the gas-main pipeline or to the head works of the latter for instance to an underground gas storage or to the base compressor station. No less than one production well in the cluster is equipped with systems of effective as well as remote control and instruction issue for correcting parametres of the formation fluid production process as well as with operating mechanisms to implement the said correction performed in three levels of efficiency: the first one is an instant one with an automatic separation of the formation fluid, largely, produced gas flow, gas condensate in case of an emergence increase of the gas flow rate, the second one is a smoothly running effective level at a regular on-off of the formation fluid supply or a current change in the gas flow rate and the third one is a routine level related to detachment of the flow column and/or disconnection from the productive bed, killing of the well or conversion of it to produce the fluid from a new bed. To implement the second level of efficiency of correction of the fluid production process at least one control valve in mounted as part of the well-control equipment. The valve contains the central channel with a cage locking group installed in it with an inlet branch and an outlet branch and a multiple-unit drive mechanism consisting of no less than two unidirectional drive mechanisms and one opposite drive mechanism. The cage locking group includes at least a throttle flap being rigidly connected with the rod on which the said drive mechanisms are mounted successively with adjustment by length and capacity for off-line operation. One of the drive mechanisms is made as the main hydraulic one, the second one is made as a backup one or manual and the third one is a uniting and complementary mechanism of an opposite operation and made as a automatic mechanism of return movements of the rod with a capacity for accumulating kinetic energy that it converts into potential energy when moving and the rod movements are directed to opening the control valve by the main or backup drive mechanisms.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the field operation by accelerating response and its rate to dynamic changes in situations related to the formation fluid production processes, more effective prevention of emergencies, reduction in environmental pollution by the formation fluid produced.
