SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power supply devices for dispersed non-traction consumers of railways, such as lighting loads for stopping points and crossings, communication devices, as well as railway automation and telemechanics devices that regulate the movement of trains. The device is formed by an all-metal body of a car passing along a section of a railway track in one direction, and a horseshoe-shaped permanent magnet with poles N and S, fixed on a support installed in the gauge of approaching the buildings of the railway track so that its poles N and S are directed towards the side the walls of the car body or towards the roof of the car body. An inductance coil is located on a permanent magnet, the leads of which are connected to the inputs of the rectifier, the output of which is connected to the storage of electrical energy and to the load.

EFFECT: improving the reliability of the power supply device and reducing operating costs.
