FIELD: noise protection devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for protection against noise and can be used in buildings and structures to ensure the standard acoustic regime, in particular in measures for sound absorption in industrial and residential premises, in protective screens for equipment that are sources of noise, in roadside noise screens and others sound-absorbing structures. A sound-absorbing sandwich panel is proposed, consisting of two sheet external facings, one of which is solid, soundproof, and the other one has through-perforation in the form of holes for sound waves to pass through them into the panel. Inside the panel there is an array of sound-absorbing material in the form of mineral wool lamellas fixed by gluing to the cladding, the direction of the fibers in which is perpendicular to the planes of the outer cladding. The sound-absorbing array consists of alternating protruding and sinking elements of lamellas of different heights, tightly pressed against each other without gaps, creating acoustic traps. The lamellas are cut from standard mineral wool slabs and have an inclination of the edge surfaces to the perforated facing of the sandwich panel in the range from 0° to 65°, i.e. can have edges from parallel arrangement with respect to the perforated lining to different from parallel in their various combinations for the entire array of sound-absorbing material. Due to the difference in the height of the lamellas that make up the array of sound-absorbing material of the sandwich panel, only the edges of the lamellas of greater height protruding to the same height from the array of sound-absorbing material are glued to the perforated sound-permeable flat facing of the sandwich panel. And the lamellas of a lower height remain glued with only one edge to the non-perforated cladding.
EFFECT: increase in the sound absorption coefficient of the panel.
