FIELD: dynamometers static verification.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for static verification of dynamometers for traction tests of mobile machines. A method for static verification of a traction dynamometer is proposed, which is based on comparative tests of a verified dynamometer with an exemplary one, which is a compression spring with a predetermined stiffness. In this case, the loading of the spring is carried out by a screw mechanism by means of a nut screwed onto the screw. To determine the deformation, the number of revolutions of the nut around its axis of rotation is recorded, and the pitch of the thread and the stiffness of the spring of the exemplary dynamometer are also taken into account. At the same time, the readings of the verified dynamometer are recorded.

EFFECT: provision of the possibility of creating and using a simple portable device for checking traction dynamometers.
