SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to a fertility-restoring TaMS7 gene. An expression cassette, an expression vector, and a genetically modified bacterium containing the specified fertility-restoring TaMS7 gene are also disclosed. The use of the specified gene, and a method for regulating plant fertility using the specified gene are disclosed. A method for reproduction of a line with male sterility using the specified gene is disclosed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively obtain a wheat plant with the fertility-restoring TaMS7 gene.
